Hastings Council gets its S**T together dealing with antisocial behaviour

A campaign created by local design co-operative “WAVE” (that has been described as controversial by a number of national news agencies), has helped Hastings Borough Council succeed in drawing attention to the issue of “dog fouling” that blights so many neighbourhoods around the country.
Some of our more sensitive population have been offended—but the majority understand the reason and strategy behind this public engagement campaign.
Antisocial behaviour is a challenge for every local authority in the country as pretty much everywhere you go you will find that there are a minority of “truly offensive” residents that continue to diminish the quality of life for the majority ... So it’s time we all got our S**T together and sent out a messages to the “offensive” anti-social members of our society ...
